Episode 48: Life Lessons From 2020

New here? FIND OUT MORE

As we approach the end of 2020 it would be easy to just walk away from this year and close the door on it without looking back, hoping that we never have another year like this again.

But as difficult as it’s been, I think there are some deeply profound and important lessons that I want to take from this year.  And my guess is that it’s the same for you too.

If I walked away without reflecting on them I’d lose the goodness in those lessons, and I didn’t want to do that.  And I don’t want that for you either.

In my latest podcast episode I’ll be sharing what my lessons from 2020 have been and I hope that they help you reflect on your year too.  So we can carry what we need to into the new year and leave behind what we need to as well.

In this episode I share:

  • What surprised me about this year
  • What I’ve started to do differently to reduce the impact of stress on my body
  • How I’m rethinking my energy to do all the things I want in life without burning out
  • The best investment I’ve made this year

You can listen here to the episode or via itunesstitcher or spotify. Or you can find it on most other podcast platforms and apps.
