When I had my burnout experience I thought the only way to move forward was to step back.

Yes, I needed to do less – rest and recover. But I also thought this meant I would have to accept having less impact in my life.

I thought the two were mutually exclusive – you couldn’t have an impact in a sustainable way. But that’s not the case.
