I immediately connected with Nicky, she has an incredibly natural and supportive style. She also has unique ability to help me to see myself for who I can be, a strong mother who can be effective at work and there for my kids.
Going back into a new senior management role after my first child was a probably the biggest challenged I’d ever faced, but she helped me to see past the guilt and recognise I could be a leader and a mother and do both well!
When I had my second child and decided to start my own business she was the first on my list to contact to help me believe in myself. You don’t need to choose a fulfilling career OR children, you can have both and Nicky will help to give you the tools and techniques to allow you to believe in yourself to do just that.

I first met Nicky in 2014, when she was an Executive Coach supporting senior leaders in Asda Walmart. Confident, articulate, professional, skilled in her craft, Nicky brought different thinking to her coaching conversations.
These attributes underpinned by a strong commercial background meant Nicky ‘got’ the context of life as an executive in a large corporate environment and the challenges associated with individuals stretched to maximum capacity in need of time and space to think differently.
She developed a reputation for achieving results with her clients. When I was writing ‘Mentoring New Parents at Work’, I wanted to incorporate practical tools and real-time case studies which demonstrated the difference that coaching and mentoring could make to someone’s experience of returning to work. Nicky was an obvious choice, offering a ‘Systemic’ tool for mentors and a case study on ’Self Esteem and the Returning Parent’.
I can’t thank her enough for these insightful contributions. Since that time we have kept in contact and I am thrilled to see how Nicky is moving forward as a working parent herself, using this as an opportunity to help others in this critical space.

Nicky has worked with us for just over 5 years with a range of senior leaders. We wanted a coach with first-hand business experience as well as a key understanding of how to get the best from people, and Nicky definitely has both.
She is a credit to our external Coach pool and has offered some of our key leader’s time and space to reflect and think plus offer the right levels of challenge and support. I will definitely recommend Nicky for any coaching work with all levels of an organisation.

I have been self employed for 4 years. I have worked hard and maintained a busy cleaning business which I now happily run alongside my 2 year old. As a working mum I wanted more. I wanted to expand my business. I was unsure of what steps to take to pursue this.
I met with Nicky, explained my plan and she automatically put my mind at ease. She talked ideas through and gave me so much information, and everything just fell into place and started to make sense. Nicky gave me the confidence to go forward and grow my business with success

Nicky was recently the guest speaker at our Gender Network webinar, the theme of session was wellbeing and resilience. Nicky spoke to around 100 of our colleagues all across Europe. Nicky was a fantastic and insightful speaker, talking from the heart about her own experience of finding greater work/life balance and spotting the signs of burnout. Nicky was very knowledgeable on the topic and prepared, she went out of her way to make sure the network got the understanding required. The session has inspired action within our network, some of us could be seen writing the models of wellbeing on boards across the office, others felt it was a good check in on work/life boundaries and gave a much needed reminder on energy replenishment.
